The room was well-equipped and spacious, offering a lovely panoramic view of Downtown.

The room was very clean and comfortable. They "upgraded" us upon arrival "just because they could", which meant staying at one of their renovated rooms... we had stayed in this hotel in the past, and the renovated room is really a step up from their other rooms, which are a bit "dungy" re: furniture and rugs. Also loved the free buffet breakfast, especially travelling with children!
The only complaint I have is that I asked for a baby crib... I did promptly get a new pack-n-play, however it was delivered with a wet sheet (the staff said it had just come out of the dryer... and that they would all be just as damp)... so since we were going out to a friend's house, we took it with us and put it in the dryer there!

brand new renovated room, close to subway station, good breakfast and very nice and helpful staff
the doors were stiff to close without banging. needs a bit of wood shaving off the bottom I think. AC was a bit noisy but fortunately it was in the living room. It was a bit pricey after the taxes were added in.

Magnificent views, favourable setting.
Location close enough to metro and local good restaurants and Atwater metro station and old montreal, close to metro. Nearby Imadake - great place to chill out. A wide range of outstanding food for meals. Smooth check-in and late check-out, parking onsite. The quiet feel of the hotel.

The best thing I think was the breakfast.. It was really, really good food and the eating area was very comfortable! The rooms were also very comfortable. No
The atm machine wouldn't accept my Irish debit card which was a bit of a pain because we had to run down the road to another atm machine!

The price was decent and great location.
Parking. Having to pay for it, the tight spots and the confusing parking garage. The elevator was also slow at times.

Very friendly staff, very clean rooms and facilities, an excellent breakfast. A little bit far from old city if you want to walk, but very close to subway station. We have spent a long week end and really enjoy it.

Breakfast was very good and the reception staff were very friendly
There were only two lifts, usually overcrowded at breakfast times, the parking could not be used by most SUVs and the location although near attractions, is not perfect.

This place is a great hotel in a tidy building with fantastic mountain views, and the staff is fantastic with friendly smiles.

the services and pool at the PH were really nice and easy access, bed was comfortable and place was quiet. Non-smoker makes a huge difference on the eco-friendly.
room was small for this type of room (studio) and we had asked for a queen bed and had a double bed.

The best place to stay when in Montreal. This hotel is perfect, has absolutely kind staff and a good hot breakfast. The rooms are recently renovated and functional and have magnificent views of Downtown. There is a balcony, a kitchen area, and an iron - that's always a plus. The location is marvellous and unbeatable, close to a tube station. It is on a quiet side street, what we wanted.
